The tenth edition of this Barrel Aged series beer sees the first Double Barrel Aged version of the Leann Follain, aged in Irish Whiskey Barrels to create a stout that is best when opened quickly and enjoyed slowly.
To craft this beer it was aged for six months in ex-Irish whiskey bourbon casks and for a further six months in Irish-whiskey ex-oloroso sherry casks to give a unique and amazing depth of flavour. Smooth and lightly carbonated at 12% abv.

Colour/Appearance : Opaque black with a lightly carbonated head
Aroma : Light Whisky notes complement the rich stout aroma
Aftertaste : This is a very smooth beer due to the wood aging , which also adds some vanilla, dark fruits and oak. There is a good deal of sweetness balanced by the bittering hops while the whisky flavor lingers throughout providing a gentle warmth
