Sherry cask matured…lovely !
Nose:Â Packed with fruity notes – peach, star fruit, strawberry and damson! A hint of coastal air sits underneath.
Palate:Â Thick with Oloroso, while clove and barley develop alongside the fruit sweetness.
Finish:Â Salted butter on toasted teacakes.
