Distilled at Glenlossie, and aged in oak for 19 years before bottling for Duncan Taylor’s Dimensions range. A release of 292 numbered bottles at natural cask strength.
NOSE : Cocoa-rich, notes of raisins, toffee apples, creme caramel and malt. A little sherry, hints of pipe tobacco and cedar.
PALATE : A rounded, rich palate with notes of Armagnac, violets, butterscotch and thick, juicy malt. It becomes more spicy as it develops on the palate with a hint of star anise.
FINISH : Good length with black pepper and black treacle on the tail.
