The Port Cask Matured Whisky is aged in an ex Port, French oak barrel. These hand-selected barrels have been cut down to 100 litre (quarter cask) capacity. These quarter cask barrels produce an intense whisky of incredible character and flavour profile.
This is a hand-crafted, Single Cask, Cask Strength at 60% abv, single malt whisky, with no chill filtration or colouring and is individually labelled with barrel and bottle numbers.
OveReem was warded ‘overall winner’ of the Australian section, at the World of Whisky event in Sydney 2012.
