Tobermory 18 year old, Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Two new special fillings were released by the Tobermory Distillery on the Scottish island of Mull. The Tobermory 18 years and the Tobermory 20 years are an integral part of the opening of a six-part collection of six whiskies, to be released over the coming two years.

This limited edition 18 year old Tobermory is characterized by a maturation in former bourbon barrels. The bottle filling of the single malt whiskey was carried out with an alcohol volume of 46.3 percent and without cold filtration.

“Notes of roasted grain and fine oak are accompanied by fresh balsamic notes of mint and accents of ground green pepper. On the palate, the sweetish floral notes continue with an overall light, supple body and a syrupy texture. Salty caramel candies meet with dark chocolate”
