According to the distillers, this expression contains a higher percentage of Oloroso Sherry cask-matured whisky. 18 Years Old, 43% abv, a masterful combination of ripe fruit, dark chocolate and Islay smoke. The nose is Classic Bowmore fruit, malt and subtle peat, with a lovely muted Sherry influence. Diluting it with a drop of water makes this Bowmore give its best. A mellow mahogany colour, this delightful dram has caramel, fruit and smoke aromas to complement the chocolate hints on the palate.

The Beagle traveled around the globe and landed on the east coast of South America, allowing Charles Darwin to collect fossils that would lead to the development of his famous theory of evolution. Aged 19 years, this edition is finished in oak casks that were once used to produce the complex, velvety red wines of South America. Malbec, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, all of which impart their own unique set of flavour into the whisky. The result is an extraordinarily rich single malt with exceptional smoothness, complemented by warm, spicy notes.

700 ml, 50.0% abv, ScotlandTowards the end of 2013, Black Bull's first year of partnering up with the Ecurie Ecosse motor racing team, they invited the racing drivers up to Black Bull in Huntly for a few days and gave them an in-depth whisky and blending education, culminating in a cask sampling session in their warehouse. From that sampling session, the racing drivers chose their favourite malt whiskies, which included Bladnoch, Glen Moray, Royal Brackla and Springbank, and grain whiskies, which included Cameronbrige and Girvan, they were then blended together to create the Racers Reserve, a 21 Year Old full bodied, rich, throaty whisky.

Jim Murray's Whisky Bible 2014 score is '94', he begins with “just so sexy”, He follows this by “The sugars have a sparkle in their eye while the malt carries a lemon sharpness which breaks up the heavier aromas. A nose to take 10-15minutes with, as the clarity allows you to see a long way”. He provides a truly magnificent portrayal of the Glencadam 21 year old which finishes by complementing this particular expression and furthermore the Glencadam Distillery: “as one of the great Scottish single malt distilleries. So good is some of their whisky, this ‘exceptional’ bottling is almost becoming a norm”.

The Tobermory 18 years and the Tobermory 20 years are an integral part of the opening of a six-part collection of six whiskies, to be released over the coming two years. This limited edition 18 year old Tobermory is characterized by a maturation in former bourbon barrels. The bottle filling of the single malt whiskey was carried out with an alcohol volume of 46.3 percent and without cold filtration.
