Selected prime Speyside malt whiskies matured in a blend of refill bourbon and sherry casks, but with a bourbon slant, blended together with aged grain, and bottled at a punchy 50% abv – this one is a real treat for the taste buds. 700ml 50.2% abv, Scotland, HighlandA single cask Strathmill distilled in 1992 and bottled by Duncan Taylor for their Octave range of whisky. Octave's are small casks which offer an increased surface area to promote liquid to wood contact. This 1992 Octave bottling was bottled in 2014 after 22 years in oak casks. Cask #998561 which yielded at total of 71 bottles.
700 ml, 50.0% abv, ScotlandTowards the end of 2013, Black Bull's first year of partnering up with the Ecurie Ecosse motor racing team, they invited the racing drivers up to Black Bull in Huntly for a few days and gave them an in-depth whisky and blending education, culminating in a cask sampling session in their warehouse. From that sampling session, the racing drivers chose their favourite malt whiskies, which included Bladnoch, Glen Moray, Royal Brackla and Springbank, and grain whiskies, which included Cameronbrige and Girvan, they were then blended together to create the Racers Reserve, a 21 Year Old full bodied, rich, throaty whisky.

It was distilled by Springbank in November 1994 and bottled in February 2015 with just 73 bottles produced. It was distilled by Bunnahabhain in May 1979 and bottled in May 2014 with just 106 bottles produced. Matured in ex-Sherry Oak casks.
