700 ml, 40% abv, IrelandConnemara Peated uses the traditional Irish custom of drying the malted barley over peat fires with this peated single malt. The smoke rising through the malted barley during this drying process confers the whiskey with a distinct peaty flavour and aroma. These traditional distilling methods combined with natural ingredients and long years in oak casks continue to create a whiskey that is simply exceptional. Peat level of around 20-25 PPM.

The Port finish combines Talisker's powerful maritime character with succulent sweet notes of rich berry fruits for a superb contrasting taste experience.

This special 'Whisky Meets Sherry' set contains a 350 ml, 13 year old cask strength whisky from Tomatin distillery, distilled on 18/01/02 and bottled on 23/02/15. It’s been recasked on September 17, 2012 for further maturation in an Oloroso sherry cask. The abv is 53.4%
The sherry in the set is a 375 ml, Pedro Ximénez sherry VOS matured for 20 years in a similar sherry cask at Bodegas Tradicion, and bottled at 15% abv.

It is their only expression exclusively matured in American bourbon casks, for 19 years. Creating a refined balance of spicy sweetness and rich dried fruit flavours.

The Beagle traveled around the globe and landed on the east coast of South America, allowing Charles Darwin to collect fossils that would lead to the development of his famous theory of evolution. Aged 19 years, this edition is finished in oak casks that were once used to produce the complex, velvety red wines of South America. Malbec, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, all of which impart their own unique set of flavour into the whisky. The result is an extraordinarily rich single malt with exceptional smoothness, complemented by warm, spicy notes.

700 ml, 51.3% abv, Scotland (Speyside)The Glenlivet Single Cask Series is a premium whisky in which each bottle comes from an individual aged oak barrel, instead of being created by blending together the contents of various barrels. The whisky from each barrel is bottled separately, with each bottle bearing the barrel number and the bottling date. The individual barrel contributes unique characteristics to the finished whisky and is individually selected, so each release is excitingly different.
This Glenlivet Single Cask, 18 year old, 'Perth' was bottled in May 2016, at a cask strength of 51.3% abv. Non chill filtered, Cask #57154.

Perth was the principle Scottish market town on the route which is immersed in vast smuggler history. Blethermen met cunning smugglers on the outskirts of Perth, to purchase the illicit whisky for inns and spirit dealers. Glenlivet was acknowledged as the superior whisky with exquisite taste and smugglers were paid over-and-above other brands for transporting the premium spirit from the rugged and remote landscape of the Cairngorms.
500 ml, 43.4% abv, Scotland (Speyside)Mortlach has now released a new range of quality single malts including this 18 year old which was matured in a combination of Sherry and refill American oak casks.
"This famous flavor is due to Mortlach’s unique '2.81 distillation' process, which involves a calibrated distillation of spirit using all three of Mortlach stills. Each of these stills has a different design, and it is that process that seems to give 'the Beast' its fabled strength"

The Poetic Edda tells the tale of the apocalyptic battle between the Gods and the Fire and Ice Giants, where the old world perished in a blazing ball of fire and the new world was born from its ashes. Celebrating this re-birth, or Ragnarok, Highland Park released FIRE EDITION, encased in specially commissioned crimson glass. Matured in 100% refill Port seasoned casks – a first for Highland Park – the result is a vibrant single malt with the natural hue of glowing flames. Here, damsons, cinnamon, dried fruit and chocolate dance on the tongue, before sizzling to an intense fruity finish.

In a fittingly chilly reflection of Nilfheim, one of the nine worlds of old Norse mythology and the birthplace of ice, frost and fog, ICE EDITION is presented in a glacial blue bottle. Exquisitely designed to reflect shards of glittering ice, the bottle is encased in a wooden mountain-like cradle and sealed with a wooden stopper. A special release, it delivers intense aromas of cool fresh pineapple and ripe mango sorbet, underpinned by a frosty kick of root ginger, reflecting all the majestic powers of the great Ice Giant, Ymir.

700 ml, 57.8% abv, TaiwanThis limited edition in Kavalan's Solist range has been finished in Manzanilla Sherry casks. Manzanilla is much like Fino sherry, which is produced nearby the sea where the climate conditions are even more suitable for the growing of flor. Though the maturing process is the same as Fino, the texture is lighter and more delicate with a touch of saltiness together with mineral flavours, which are all the consequence of the stable and thick layer of flor and the sea breeze.

This is the Tomintoul Single Cask Malt Scotch Whisky 1977 Vintage, taken from the most superb Sherry cask, handpicked by Robert Fleming, the Distillery Director.
