700 ml, 46% abv, Scotland (Highland)anCnoc Flaughter is named after the Flaughter spade which is used to remove the top layer of peat which is richer, more rooty and produces more reek. This gives a heavier, smokier flavour to the whisky, in this expression, with a PPM of 14.8
700 ml, 46% abv, Scotland (Highland)anCnoc Cutter is named after the hand tool used to cut peat from less wet, shallower bogs. This means the peat it reveals is drier and therefore more easily burnt producing a whisky that has a medium-heavy smokiness, in this case, with a phenol content of 20.5 ppm. (higher than Flaughter at 14.8 ppm)
1000 ml, 46% abv, Scotland (Highland)The dark, smoky side of anCnoc has proven a real hit with whisky enthusiasts, a fact highlighted by the recent award for anCnoc Cutter. Barrow boasts a 13.5 ppm phenol content at 46% ABV. It also hasn't been chill-filtered or coloured. Barrow is limited to only 7,500 bottles worldwide.
