Every drop is triple distilled, with more cut from the top and tail of the second and third Pot Still charges. This means only the purest heart of the distillate is captured. This is then left to mature in select American oak casks which allow the distillate driven style to shine. Powers Gold Label is blended with the finest grain whiskey, also exclusively matured in American oak casks. Finally, a Powers production technique enables a non-chill filtration at 43.2% abv quite unique amongst Irish whiskey.
700 ml, 40% abv, Scotland (Speyside)The name ‘Copper Dog’ comes from an old device made from copper tubing with a penny soldered to one end and cork in the other, which was used by distillery workers to smuggle whisky home. It is also the name of the bar at the Craigellachie Hotel. Blended by master blender Stuart Morrison, the whiskies included in Copper Dog have been aged in a mixture of refill American and European oak casks, first fill Bourbon casks and rejuvenated casks, before being married in hogsheads.
Copper Dog was created at the Craigellachie hotel. It’s a smooth, fruity malt with a spicy finish. Bottled at 40% abv, the whisky combines eight Speyside single malts supplied by the world’s largest Scotch whisky producer Diageo, which has a minority shareholding in the brand."It’s Speyside in a glass, and damn easy to drink"

The whisky presented in a bottle, featuring the historical 1000 year old Great Seal of Islay embossed on the neck.
500ml, 40.0% abv, JapanA limited version of Akashi blended Japanese whisky from White Oak. Meïsei translates roughly as 'celebrity' in Japanese and is made with 45% American oak matured, single malt.
700 ml, 40% abv, IrelandUsing malted barley and pure Irish spring water, Clontarf Single Malt is triple distilled and aged to smooth perfection in bourbon barrels. Its nose is full of character with a sharp, grassy maltiness to it. The taste is richly textured and it finishes with varying shades of malt ending with a late oaky complexity.

This Islay Mist is a blend of whiskies matured for a minimum of 8 years, gentle Lowland grain, Highland malt and peaty, smoky, Islay malt whisky from Laphroaig. After blending the whisky is matured for a further 6 months in Amontillado casks. The casks used are intensely flavoured solera butts infused for many years with premium Amontillado Napoleon. (the 'Napoleon' part of the name ?, well that dates back to the days when Bodega Hidalo made sherry for Napoleon's French soldiers)

700 ml, 46% abv, Scotland (Islay)"Smokey Joe" is a blend of Islay Single Malt Scotch Whiskies, distilled on the island of Islay, off the south western coast of Scotland. We dont know exactly which distilleries are represented, so its a mystery to contemplate as you sip on a dram. Islay malts take their characteristics both from the local peat used to dry the barley and their closeness to the sea. These factors, typically, imbue the malts with a distinctive sea-weedy, phenolic and peaty flavour. Smokey Joe is bottled at 46% ABV to enhance impact and flavour. The whisky that makes up Smokey Joe has been selected for its highly engaging nose, balance of smoke and peppery spice on the palate and a lingering finish. This “single grain whisky” was then blended with 70% of their single malt, and placed into American Oak, ex-bourbon barrels. Twenty-one years later, carefully selected casks have been bottled as “High Wheeler”.

Using malted barley and pure Irish spring water, Clontarf Single Malt is triple distilled and aged to smooth perfection in bourbon barrels. This Clontarf whisky blend has been distilled three times and then matured in ex-Bourbon barrels.

500 ml, 51.4% abv, JapanWhisky From The Barrel forms part of a series of vatted whiskies that are released by Nikka. Vatted whiskies are produced using single malts that are mixed together. These single malts may be of differing ages and from different distilleries. They are similar to blended whiskies in this respect, but blends include whisky made from other grains. Vatted whiskies only include single malt whisky produced from malted barley. In this case, Nikka have used different ages of single malt from both Miyagikyo and Yoichi and married them together over time. "Whisky From The Barrel" is a multi award winning whisky, including scooping the Best Japanese Blended/Vatted Whisky prize at The World Whisky Awards 2007 and 2010.
This Blend is produced with grain and malt from Miyagikyo and malt from Yoichi distillery. Nikka from the barrel is matured in first fill bourbon casks.

700 ml, 57.5 % abv, JapanFor this limited edition whisky (6700 bottles) Ichiro Akuto, decided to collaborate with producers of craft beers from Japan, including Shigakogen one of the most important, for using Japanese beers barrels in order to finish its single malt for a few months. Initially it was the beers that benefited from a maturation in whisky barrels, now it is the whisky being finished in selected beer barrels.
Matured in a bourbon barrel before finished in an IPA barrel.
