This limited edition in Kavalan’s Solist range has been finished in a Pedro Ximenez cask. PX Sherry is one of Kavalan whisky’s classic collection. The new make spirit matured in the PX sherry casks produces a uniquely special character and flavour with classic fruity, nutty and chocolate aromas.

Nose : There is a nice rosemary with a hint of lemongrass, sweet citrus and a pleasant toffee. The finale is reminiscent of an enticing sweet oakiness.
Palate : Very fruity and warm, with nice results from the combination of classical PX sherry characters and sub-tropical maturation in the heat of Taiwan i.e. smooth and mellow. The juicy raisin and honey syrup lingers persistently in the mouth.
