Nose: Hot, warming spices cinnamon and black pepper. Chargrilled beef burger with sweet sherry, new make, ash and smoke. Seville orange peel.
Palate: Surprisingly soft with a very oily mouthfeel. Oak, ash, barely sugars, porridge and pine needles with wonderfully sweet sherry.
Finish: Very oily, more sweet sherry notes, ash and smoke envelopes the mouth.
