Nose without Water : Rich Sherry influences with milk chocolate, zesty orange, and raspberry aromas are complemented by spices and beeswax polish.
Palate without Water : Creamy initially with hints of chilli developing. Stewed plum, clove, and cinnamon flavours are followed by red apple and chocolate.
Nose with Water : Intense sweet aromas, crème brûlée and fudge notes lead to charred oak and chocolate. Hints of lemongrass provide a fresh edge.
Palate with Water : Sweet initially with baked apple, melon, and raspberry flavours. Lime and cranberry combine with a touch of aniseed.
Finish : Long and fruity with a touch of chilli.
