Aromas are of dark chocolate, cherries, orange marmalade, roasted coffee beans, musty wood, ginger, hint of rum cake.
On the palate again dark chocolate and candied orange are prominent, Christmas cake, brown sugar, oak, cinnamon, clove, hint of cherry cough syrup.
The finish is an oaky orange marmalade with ginger and nutty sourdough.
