Nose : Plum pudding, forest floor and two scoops of chocolate ice cream (with caramel sauce)
Palate : Sherry-soaked sultanas and rum-like spices. More chocolate-y notes, though now subtly bitter, like a good dark chocolate.
Finish : Vanilla pod and oak spice.
