This 1999 vintage, 18 year old, Highland Park was bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in 2018 at 56% abv. Matured in a first fill bourbon barrel.

Aroma : Clean and delicate: ripe mango, peach, and pear infuse with vanilla and combine with chocolate, lemon, and lime. Sweet almond notes linger over a subtle floral accent.
Taste : Creamy, sweet mango, banana, and lime infuse with milk chocolate. A warming pepper develops and combines with aniseed and charred oak.
Finish : Long and peppery with sweet tropical fruits and a fresh menthol edge.
