Matured in ex-Bourbon casks, non chill-filtered, natural colour.

Palate : Medium rich and creamy mouthfeel. Sweet and sour soup. Lemons and grapefruit. A bit of cinnamon.
Finish : Medium finish. Honey and more grapefruit. White pepper. Ginger. Spice.
