Description
WITHOUT WATER:
Nose: Dark chocolate aromas with hints of freshly groung coffee and
Christmas cake (Sherry and rich fruits notes). A desert wine influence is
also present.
Palate: Smooth and constant with a pronounced sherried edge. Stewed fruit
influences with a hint of citrus peel and some earthy notes also emerge.
WITH WATER:
Nose: Some fresh herbal notes with a delicate hint of toasted oats and a
defined sherry influence. A dark chocolate element is also present.
Palate: Rich dark chocolate initially with a sweet sherried edge and some subtle
hints of stewed fruits. Mouth coating and smooth.
Body: Full.
Finish: Long.
