Palate:Â There is a much greater presence of peat in the taste than the nose suggests. The smokiness quickly hits the palate and then tapers off.
Finish:Â Finish is long, spicy and smooth.

This 1998 Mannochmore, bottled for Diageo’s Managers’ Choice range, was distilled on the 6th of June 1998 and matured in Bodega Sherry European Oak Casks. Bottled on the 5th of February 2009.
