Säntis Dreifaltigkeit is the smoky edition from the Swiss distillery Locher. For this, the malt is kilned over a mixture of raised bog peat, apple, beech and oak chips. After maturing in beer barrels for several years, the Swiss malt is bottled.

Palate : Cinder toffee and thick honey, paired with campfire smoke and white pepper.
