This Strathmill 21 year old Single Cask, was matured in American ex-Bourbon oak cask number 1242.
Distilled in March 1991 and bottled at the cask strength of 50.5% abv in July 2012.
Nose : Sweet with baked banana, sherry and caramel.
Palate : Full bodied, with warm treacle, cocoa, which is rich, round, and creamy. A touch of water reveals some juicy notes and a hint of citrus fruits and spice.
Finish : Velvet texture, warm and medium length.
