A 12 year old triple distilled Irish single malt whiskey, matured exclusively in bourbon casks and bottled for The Quiet Man range. It was named after the founder’s father, who was a bartender who heard many stories but always kept them to himself. Gold & Silver medal winner. 93/100 points – Jim Murray’s Whiskey Bible.
