Highland Park ‘Spirit of the Bear’, Litre, Single Malt Scotch Whisky (Special)

1000 ml, 40% abv, Scotland (Island)

Created using a higher proportion than usual of Orkney peated malt, this single malt whisky came of age in a combination of first-fill sherry seasoned European oak, American oak and refill casks.

Layers of soft berry fruits are infused with swirls of dark chocolate, silky vanilla and orange zest, while glowing peat galvanises this whisky with an unforgettable smoulder of rich aromatic smoke.
