An independent bottling by North Star Spirits of single grain Scotch whisky from the now lost Port Dundas distillery, which was closed in 2011.
Distilled in August 2004 and matured for 12 years in ex-Bourbon casks until bottled at a cask strength of 58.8% abv in October 2016. 318 bottles produced.
North Star Spirits is a new independent bottler based out of Glasgow, Scotland. Created by former AD Rattray Ambassador Iain Croucher, the brand launched recently with an impressive series of Single Cask scotch whisky.
